PTC SE CAD is an integrated computer-aided analysis, design and detailing (CADD) software that specially developed to compliment other existing structural tools in terms of design and detailing of reinforced concrete precast/ prefabricated building structures. It serves as an very important bridge between the design engineers and draftsmen to successfully complete the design and drafting of many public housing projects of Singapore where prefabrication technologies have been extensively used.

The software allows smooth transfer of design information at all stages and eliminates discrepancies between drawings with full compliance with British Standard Code of Practice and HDB's practice in design and detailing of precast R. C.  buildings.

PTC SE CAD is part of the efforts of HDB Prefabrication Technology Centre (HDB-PTC) in promoting more buildable, sustainable and environment-friendly designs through the use of prefabrication and precast technologies.
